Our journey with Sims Hilditch illustrates what can be achieved when we form close partnerships with our clients. Sims Hilditch has matured from a cottage industry into an ultra successful interior design studio that those in the know turn to for a 21st century take on the English country house look.

For Sims Hilditch, the process of owning the contemporary country house look began with a small team working out of the founder’s home. At the time, the company needed outsourced marketing support to help fan the flames of word of mouth referrals. We worked closely with the founder to uncover the essence of the brand, which we harnessed into a powerful visual identity and rolled out across a new responsive website and marketing collateral.

As the company grew and moved into a purpose built studio, so the challenge shifted. The question was how to differentiate Sims Hilditch in the crowded interior design market? With their base in the countryside, Sims Hilditch was outcompeting London studios for work in both city and countryside homes. But in order to truly win in the minds of its clients and the media, Sims Hilditch needed to claim ownership of a unique value offering. We worked alongside a crack team including an ex-director from Burberry, to develop the vision for long term brand positioning. We helped to structure the marketing function, create a robust strategy and find the in-house marketing staff to carry it through. Along the way we produced some beautiful work and helped launch two satellite companies, Neptune by Sims Hilditch and Studio Sims Hilditch.
